I'm not sure how many people are still reading these blogs. If you're like me then you want to bury your head in the sand and pretend football doesn't even exist. But if you are reading this than know that I have at least one more post in me. It willprobably be outin a couple of days and will be on dealing with this loss.

However, since I'm dedicated to my readers, even though I'm trying to block this game from my memory (possibly with alcohol) I'm still going to suck it up and do the scoring analysis:

Quarter 1

Vikings 19 Yard Touchdown Run:

Vikings Offense (+7) - Vikings move down the field and Adrian Peterson ran well. It was as good of start as you could hope for, but I didn't get too excited. I remember Arizona scoring on their first play from scrimmageand they ended up getting blown out. So I needed to see how the defense would do before getting excited.

Saints 38 Yard Touchdown Run:

Vikings Defense (-7) - I wasn'texcited to see the Saints go 76 yards for a touchdown fairly easily. After this I knewthe gamewas going to be a barn burner.

Vikings 5 Yard Touchdown Pass:
