You can optimize for your use of StarTribune.com Mobile Edition by ensuring you have the correct browser settings enabled on your BlackBerry. When you are on the StarTribune.com Mobile Edition, go to "Options" from your menu and select "Browser Configuration." Check the boxes to enable HTML tables, stylesheets, images, background images, and javascript. Your stylesheet type should be "Screen." Click the wheel or the Menu key to the left of the trackball and choose "Save Options." When you go back to StarTribune.com Mobile Edition, be sure to reload.
If you have a corporate-issued BlackBerry and the StarTribune.com Edition Launcher is not working for you, you may need to contact your IT department as they may have a policy to not allow installation of downloadable applications.
